Job Description

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the cluster management teams and seller management team to collect quality deals to feature on Flash Sales.
  • Check, prioritize, and upload deals in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot execution issues with the platform's Flash Sale team
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including both seller management and cluster management teams to ensure promotional activities and mechanics.
  • Analyze data, prepare presentation documents and reports to team lead
  • Take responsibility for project initiatives related to campaigns, from planning to execution and monitoring.
  • Monitor performance of new seller programs and act as a centralized team to control resources effectively.
  • Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated accountability and proficiency in problem-solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with routine process work while also capable of troubleshooting exceptions
