Job Description
- Maintain and update customer databases (data entry, validation, and updates)
- Support customer segmentation for marketing campaigns
- Assist in CRM activities and customer relationship management (tracking interactions, follow-ups, and customer history)
- Prepare simple reports related to customer data and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment

- Strong attention to detail and good data management skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, data-related tools
