About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Segment and analyze customer data to create targeted communication strategies.
- Support initiatives to improve customer retention, engagement, and repeat purchase behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop compelling campaign content and customer journeys.
- Maintain and optimize CRM tools, automation workflows, and customer lifecycle programs.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and campaign performance.
- Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good project management abilities.
- Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or tech startups.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, analytics tools, or marketing automation platforms.
