Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage CRM campaigns, focusing on customer retention, reactivation, and acquisition.
  • Analyze customer data and segmentation to target personalized communication strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize the customer loyalty program, ensuring engagement, redemption, and retention targets are achieved.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging and offers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on customer behavior, trends, and loyalty tier movements.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM tools and trends, ensuring the adoption of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Capillary, or similar).
  • Proficient in data analysis, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing loyalty programs and developing customer retention strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret customer insights and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software is essential.
