For this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of loyalty programs within and outside of an organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve loyalty programs and analyze loyalty program effectiveness and performance
- Carry out a benchmarking process and analyze internal loyalty programs, trends and competitors to identify opportunities that have an impact on improving quality and revenue.
- Increase brand value and awareness for MyEraspace as an Erajaya Group loyalty program
- Utilizing data to segment Loyalty Program members
- Increase membership engagement Loyalty Program
- Create regular reports on loyalty program performance and present the findings to key stakeholders, such as senior management and the marketing team.
- Ensure the absorption of funds and receipt of funds runs optimally.
Qualifications
- Min Bachelor Degree from any major
- Min 5 years on CRM Loyalty Performance
- Experience in developing and executing CRM strategies
- Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation, and email marketing, social media platforms.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Good decision-maker
- Attention to detail, an analytical approach
