CRM Campaign Specialist

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute CRM/CDM strategies, including audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
• Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across email and other customer touchpoints.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to generate insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution—from briefing, production, QA, deployment, to post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, developers, data teams, and external partners) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Ensure high-quality execution, including content accuracy, personalization, segmentation, and technical deployment.
• Drive best practices for CRM assets, ensuring responsive design and an excellent user experience across devices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing automation, personalization, and data utilization.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver impactful CRM initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Data Marketing (CDM), Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing.
• Fluent in english
• Proven experience developing and executing data-driven CRM campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and journey mapping.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, CMS, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Tableau, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or similar platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
