Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Backend Developer. As a CRM Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems and infrastructure for our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. You will work closely with the frontend developers and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience and efficient data management. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of CRM systems and databases.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization for at least4 years programming experience in Dynamics 365
• Fluent in English is a must(directly report to Enterprise Application Manager in Singapore)
• Proficiency in ASP, ASP.NET,PHP, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, VB Script, AJAX) programming skill (C#, SQL Scripting)
• Knowledge of IIS Server, Windows Server, Windows SQL
• Have experience in Microsoft Development Tools and strong web model concept (MVC Framework Struts 2.0, Spring, HTTP Request & Response Model) is a plus
• Experience with CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Knowledge of CRM system integration with other applications
• Understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience with healthcare or customer relationship management systems is a plus
