REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate of Maritime Academy

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in crewing or shipping

- Maximum 35 years old

- Good command of English

- Good communication and administrative skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Search and source qualified crew candidates

- Coordinate crew joining

- Maintain and update crew records

- Support daily crewing operations
