Role Description

This is a contract role for a Crewing Recruitment Staff. The position is based on-site in Surabaya. The Crewing Recruitment Staff will be responsible for various tasks including recruiting crew members, conducting interviews, and handling training processes. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure staffing needs are met, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. Additionally, the role includes engaging in effective communication with potential candidates and the management team to ensure seamless hiring processes.

• Proficient in Interviewing and Communication skills
• Strong Training capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
