Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of the seafaring crew, including required documentations, employment contracts, training, briefings before joining, medical check-ups, insurance, and crew transportation in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
Source quality crew for business expansion.
Coordinate with Technical and Marine Departments for assessment and selection of qualified candidates
Responsible for revenue & pipeline growth
Responsible for annual budgets reports for the Crewing Department.
Responsible for the evaluation of the crew on-board
Responsible for the creation or revision and coordination concerning Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Manning Agreement with the Principal and Unity of Indonesian Seafarers (KPI)
Carry Out other duties instructed and directed by superiors relating to work in the Company.
Follow the Company Regulations and Safety Policies, and take part in the HSSE section to maintain the safety and security of the work environment
Monitor validity of certificates etc

Preferred Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Maritime Studies.
Minimum 5 years as experience as a Crewing Manager
Good understanding about Shipping, Crewing Management and maritime regulation.
Have good relationships with external parties such as marine training centres, marine universities, goverment relate, etc
Strong leadership, good analytical and critical thinking, and able to work under dynamic situation.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Able to communicate assertively with others and concern to detail.
