Responsibilities
1. Conduct phone verification calls to confirm customer identities and other declared information as part of the KYC and credit assessment process.
2. Validate customer data obtained from calls and ensure it matches and in accordance with company.
3. Identify and report any suspicious activity or data.
4. Ensure KYC and phone verification process in line local regulatory requirements and internal business process.
5. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues discovered during verification and support smooth processing of customer applications.
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
2. Have minimum1 year of experience as a KYC and phone verificationin financial industry with P2P lending are preferred.
3. Have agood understanding of regulations and business processesin a financial institution.
4. Driven, attention to detail, motivated and strong analytical skills.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
6.Willing to work shifting.
