Job Description
This position requires a strategic thinker who can define product vision and strategy for ops team related product and while also ensuring product quality through testing. The ideal candidate will balance product management responsibilities with hands-on testing to deliver high-quality operational products that meet customer needs and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business needs
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that reflects stakeholder priorities and resource availability.
- User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring product usability and functionality meet customer expectations.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Design, execute, and manage testing plans for new features and releases to ensure product quality and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within operations and drive initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in operations or a related field (3-5 years preferred).
- Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
