Lead the planning and implementation of the external project, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders both internal and external.
Communicate with the team and stakeholders about the project status, changes, and critical issues.
Prepare required documentation for external parties and liaise with partners to understand their quality requirements as part of onboarding and QA processes with external partners.
Understand and interpret the relevant regulatory requirements for the project, and advise the implementation of necessary regulations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to address any quality issues that may arise.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and requirements.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize operations.
Having key insight into the need of credit products and fintech for Indonesian market would be preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in a financial services industry,
Understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus
Have experience handling Telco project would be a plus
Proficient understanding of fintech business in Indonesia
Individual Contributor as well an excellent team player
Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to provide critical thinking and reasoning under duress
Have a good communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mindset, time management, and planning
