  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Experienced in Credit, Paylater and Loan products would be a plus
