Credit Documentation Unit (CDU)
- Perform verification of the completeness of credit documentation and collateral binding requirements, including preparation and validation of credit document checklists.
- Conduct analysis of Articles of Association for corporate debtors (Limited Liability Companies) and prepare legal minutes/summary.
- Execute the credit and collateral binding process in accordance with applicable legal and internal procedures within the lending process.
- Prepare simple legal opinions related to credit documentation and collateral matters.
- Monitor notary outstanding documents (TBO) and ensure timely completion and submission.
- Review credit agreements and collateral binding documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle the roya process (release of mortgage/encumbrance) in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
- Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law (Hukum Perdata).
- Strong knowledge of credit legal documentation, collateral binding, and loan agreement structures.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of corporate documents, including Articles of Association and corporate legal review.
- Experience in reviewing credit agreements, collateral binding documents, and preparing simple legal opinions.
- Knowledge of notary documentation processes, including monitoring outstanding notary documents (TBO) and roya process.
