Conduct end-to-end credit assessment for EV financing products, including new units and take-over (TO) cases.
Analyze and assess creditworthiness of customers for Electric Vehicle (EV) financing, including individual and business applicants.
Perform credit analysis by reviewing financial data, transaction history, credit bureau reports, and supporting documents.
Evaluate risk profiles based on customer capacity, character, capital, collateral, conditions and constraints (6C).
Coordinate with sales, operations, collection, and risk teams to ensure accurate and timely credit decisions.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory requirements (OJK, APUPPT).
Prepare credit analysis reports and present recommendations to Credit Committee / Management.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Mathematics or related fields.
Strong understanding of automotive financing products, including consumer financing, leasing, and take-over (TO).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst in the automotive financing / multifinance / leasing industry.
Solid knowledge of credit risk analysis and financial statement analysis.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment in decision-making.
Able to work with data, reports, and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL is desirable.
Familiar with OJK regulations, APUPPT, and internal risk control processes.
High integrity and strong risk awareness mindset.
Good communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
Able to work independently and manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
Prior exposure or strong interest in Electric Vehicle (EV) financing is highly preferred.
