Conduct detailed financial analyses and risk assessments to assess loan applications and ensure informed credit decisions align with the company's risk appetite
Develop, implement, and monitor risk management strategies by identifying potential risks, recommending mitigation measures, tracking key indicators, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Effectively communicate credit decisions, collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, and provide recommendations to enhance the credit assessment process and tools.
Maintain detailed records of credit assessments, prepare reports on activities and portfolio performance, and support management with reports and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of credit assessment models and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Proficient in Bahasa and English (Must have)
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis in unsecured consumer lending.
Experience with credit analysis software, tools, and credit scoring models.
Proficiency in analyzing consumer bureau reports and bank statements.
Strong understanding of KYC regulations and document verification processes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and financial analysis tools.
