Job Purpose
Carry out various administrative tasks related to credit analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit documents such as credit applications and other supporting documents.
- Conduct pre-screening of documents from the sales team and submit SLIK checking requests to the Risk team.
- Monitor daily debtor payments through the system to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in the credit disbursement process according to approvals, including ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage both physical and digital credit document archives in an organized, structured, and easily accessible manner.
- Monitor and update the credit portfolio tracker, application status, and credit administration performance.
- Conduct verification call sampling to prospective debtor employees.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and reports required for internal bank purposes.
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Understanding of document verification processes, recording, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
