Responsibilities
Acts as the day-to-day partner and advisor to creators, ensuring they grow and thrive under our network.
- Manage creator relationships, campaigns, and opportunities.
- Guide creators on contracts, content, and brand briefs.
- Ensure compliance with MCN agreements.
- Support creator growth with insights and coaching.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in talent/creator management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with analytics tools to guide creator performance.
- MCN/affiliate management experience is a plus.
