Job Description

CREATOR MANAGEMENT

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant Affiliates and KOLs to expand the program.
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and values.
  • Manage end-to-end creator collaborations, from negotiation and contract agreements to content approval and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative creators strategies.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of creator partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proven experience min 2 years as Affiliate Marketing, KOL Specialist, or Influencer/Talent Management, or similar role
  • Familiarity with creators across multiple platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end affiliate and KOL campaigns
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and KOLs
  • Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior relationships with KOLs or agencies would be a plus
