Job Description
Role Overview:
This role combines leadership, strategic planning, performance management, and stakeholder collaboration to scale creator-driven marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
- Lead and manage the Creator Relationship Management and Sales team, including team development, performance tracking, and goal setting.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute initiatives to grow and strengthen the creator ecosystem.
- Drive overall creator marketing strategy and define go-to-market plans for new initiatives.
- Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, industry professionals, and key opinion leaders.
- Set team KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of targets and business goals.
- Monitor, review, and analyze marketing and performance metrics on a daily basis.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies and optimization plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge in developing and implementing SOPs and KPI frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
