Support the execution of initiatives across the creator business ecosystem, including Creator Academy, creator acquisition, creator incubation, and creator monetization programs.
Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities and project coordination to ensure smooth program execution.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to support data-driven decision making.
Conduct research and gather insights on creator trends, social commerce, and affiliate marketing to support business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creator growth, engagement, and monetization strategies.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to improve program performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and propose practical solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data, perform calculations, and generate insights using Excel or Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with social commerce, creator economy, affiliate marketing, or digital content ecosystems is a plus.
