We're looking for a data-driven and target-minded Creator Growth Lead to join our MCN team.

What you'll do:

Lead creator growth strategy, analyze creator performance, manage creator development programs, and drive campaign direction to increase GMV and creator optimization.

What we're looking for:

Someone with experience as a Creator Manager / Talent Manager, strong understanding of TikTok creator metrics, livestreaming, affiliate industry, and creator incubation, activation, and monetization strategy. You'll also lead a team, work closely with multiple stakeholders, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience managing creators, preferably from MCN, TikTok, Ecommerce, or similar platform industries.
