Role Description
This full-time, on-site Creator Development Partnership role is based in Jakarta. Responsibilities include identifying and developing relationships with content creators and influencers, conducting market research to understand audience trends, and generating leads. The role also involves collaborating to create content partnerships, optimizing content strategies, and helping clients achieve growth and monetization goals.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Communication, Marketing, or Management).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, digital agency, or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram ecosystems.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in working with creators.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret creator performance data.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive team player with a high level of initiative.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and recruit potential creators that align with the agency's and brand partners needs.
- Analyze creator performance (engagement rate, audience demographics, growth, etc.) to provide actionable insights.
- Develop creator growth strategies, including content enhancement, brand collaboration, and monetization opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison between creators and internal teams (sales, campaign, creative, and operations).
- Provide regular feedback and guidance to creators regarding content performance and collaboration potential.
- Support creators in understanding and adapting to the latest digital trends.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to the creator pipeline, onboarding progress, and campaign results.
