About The Team
This team will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our content strategy by fostering and managing relationships with content creators and influencers. Our team is responsible for identifying key creators, developing strategic partnerships, and driving impactful content collaborations that enhance our presence and engage our audience.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution:
- Lead end-to-end Creator Campaigns, including:
- Creator-Brand Matchmaking: Strategically pair FMCG brands with creators based on product alignment and performance history.
- GMV & Performance Tracking: Track real-time metrics (ERR, CTR, AOV, etc.), optimize campaigns for peak performance, and conduct post-mortem analysis with actionable insights.
- Proactive Campaign Management: Identify and resolve issues in real time (e.g., low engagement, technical hurdles) to ensure smooth execution and peak performance.
- Overall Channel Optimization (Live, Short Video & Product Card): Troubleshoot underperforming collaborations (e.g., low engagement) and escalate solutions.
2. Brand Strategy & Consultation:
- Brainstorm and strategically design creator-brand collaboration/activation initiatives
- Liaise with brands, creators, and internal teams to align on project deliverables and timelines.
- Advise FMCG brands on creator strategies, including data-backed creator growth/matchmaking recommendations
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with creators and affiliate networks.
- Resolve issues related to creator management x category collaboration
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High levels of written and oral fluency in English is required as primary language of work.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Minimum 2 years experience in affiliate, marketing or e-commerce is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of local creator ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data.
