Job Description

  • Creative Direction & Brand Execution

Translate brand and marketing strategies into clear creative direction for all visual outputs. Lead and oversee the execution of creative assets to ensure alignment with BSKIN's brand identity. Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, and event-related materials.

  • Content & Creative Production

Lead and oversee the creation of creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Review and guide design work across social media, digital content, and offline materials. Provide clear and constructive feedback to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency.

  • Visual Merchandising & Campaign Support

Develop creative concepts for visual merchandising materials such as in-store displays, banners, and event assets. Work closely with marketing team to ensure visuals effectively communicate product features and campaign messages.

  • Project Management & Budget Control

Manage multiple creative projects with clear timelines and priorities. Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager on budgeting for shoots, productions, and creative initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership

Collaborate closely with marketing, training, and regional teams to align creative execution with campaign objectives. Supervise and mentor Junior Designer providing creative guidance and constructive feedback. Work with external vendors or agencies when required, ensuring alignment with overall creative direction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in creative design, visual branding, or content production with 2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role are preferred.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects/motion graphics is a plus). Solid understanding of digital, social media, and offline design reqirements (Instagram, print, VM, event assets). Good working knowledge of photography, video, or motion content workflows.
  • Experience preparing production-ready files for both digital and print materials.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines. Experience supervising, mentoring, or reviewing the work of Junior Designer. Comfortable coordinating with external vendors, agencies, or production partners when required. Basic understanding of budgeting and resource planning for creative initiatives.
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of visual storytelling. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity and commercial objectives. Up-to-date with current design, social media, and visual merchandising trends. Highly organized, responsible, and able to work under deadlines. Collaborative, positive, and confident communicator who can work effectively across teams.
