Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between performance analytics and content production. Unlike traditional brand roles, this position focuses on high-velocity creative testing for the gaming and streaming market. You will work directly with our Ad Buying team to analyze daily performance data and iterate on video content that drives user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Persona-Based Direct Response Scripting: Develop 20+ short-form video scripts per week tailored to Eklipse's core personas (Ghost, Archivist, Power Editor), covering hook, body, and CTA for each persona.
- End-to-End Creative Ownership: Own creatives from script KOL selection final output, including revising KOL videos when messaging, delivery, or CTA does not clearly hit the intended persona.
- KOL Direction & Matching: Select and direct KOLs based on persona fit and audience intent, ensuring the first 3 seconds clearly signal who the video is for.
- Creative Direction: Manage editors and KOLs to produce fast-paced, conversion-focused ads with strong persona clarity.
- Market Research: Conduct daily research on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts to identify winning hooks, formats, and trends relevant to each persona.
- Performance Review: Review ROAS and CTR daily to decide which persona creatives to scale, iterate, or kill.
- Agile Production: Take ideas from concept to live ads within 48 hours, with rapid iteration based on performance.
Requirements:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep, personal experience with gaming and live-streaming culture (e.g., former content creator, moderator, or dedicated enthusiast).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with streaming software and hardware setups (e.g., OBS, capture cards, and bitrate management).
- Performance Marketing Mindset: A focus on conversion and engagement metrics over high-budget production value.
- Persuasive Copywriting: Proven ability to write compelling text overlays and scripts that trigger immediate viewer action.
- Trend Awareness: Ability to distinguish between relevant cultural trends and outdated content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with video editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro for rapid prototyping.
- Experience collaborating with influencers or managing User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns.
