Responsibilities
Our creative team is growing fast, and the volume of requests is growing faster. We need a Creative Traffic Manager who brings structure, prioritization, and flow - not bureaucracy, so our creatives can do their best work and our stakeholders get what they need, when they need it. This role is central to our ability to move fast without breaking quality.
What You'll Own
- Creative Request & SLA System: Design and implement a clear intake system that standardizes briefs, timelines, and feedback loops from other departments.
- Capacity & Workflow Management: Monitor team bandwidth, balance workloads, and reallocate resources based on skill, availability, and urgency.
- Project Flow Optimization: Flag bottlenecks early, improve turnaround times, and reduce feedback loops through proactive communication and process design.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the first point of contact for creative-related requests, guiding stakeholders through best practices and managing expectations.
- Operational Reporting: Maintain visibility on project timelines, team utilization, and delivery metrics with actionable recommendations.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 3 months, all creative requests are submitted through a standardized system with SLA compliance of >80%.
- Within 6 months, creative output per person increases by 3050% without compromising quality.
- Within 9 months, you deliver a headcount proposal supported by real utilization data and prioritization logic.
- Stakeholder satisfaction on creative delivery improves via quarterly internal surveys.
- Weekly reporting shows clear visibility across creative projects with minimal fire drills or missed deadlines.
Requirements
You're a Fit If You...
- Have 36 years in a traffic, PMO, or creative ops role in an agency or in-house team who has managed campaigns with multi-channel assets and understand business metrics .
- Know how to balance multiple inputs without losing sight of outcomes and can speak both creative and business.
- Are data-oriented and solution-driven you don't just report delays, you solve for them.
- Can build systems, but don't overcomplicate things clarity and usability are your design principles.
- Are calm under pressure, unafraid to say no, and always fair when doing so.
- Love teams where everyone helps out, learns fast, and keeps ego out of the room.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Creative Lead. You'll collaborate across Marketing, Product, Brand, and eCommerce, and influence how work gets done across multiple departments without directly managing people.
