Job Description

We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all our digital creative projects. This role will act as the crucial link between marketing strategy and creative execution, ensuring every project runs on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for all digital creative initiatives.
  • Creative Workflow Management: Manage and coordinate the daily workflow of the creative team, ensuring tasks are well-distributed and project progress is closely monitored.
  • Brief Management: Translate marketing needs and objectives into clear, comprehensive, and actionable creative briefs for both internal and external teams.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and the creative team. Ensure all parties have a shared understanding of project goals, deadlines, and feedback.
  • Feedback & Revision Management: Collect, consolidate, and effectively communicate feedback from the marketing team to the creative team, ensuring revisions are done to standard and on schedule.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs meet Spencer's quality standards, are consistent with brand guidelines, and are ready for launch.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify potential project roadblocks or risks and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Fast Adaptation: Able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines, typical of a fast-paced startup or dynamic company environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Project Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, with a strong focus on digital creative projects.
  • Strong understanding of the digital creative production process, including the creation of ads (Meta Ads), landing pages, visual content (images/videos), and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar).
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced team.
  • Experience in the F&B, nutrition, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates) and how creative output impacts these metrics.
