Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative PM based in Tangerang, Indonesia. The Creative PM will manage project timelines, manage budgets, and lead communication between clients and creative teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations. Key responsibilities also include developing creative strategies, executing project plans, and solving challenges with a strategic approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Creative Project Manager or similar role
- Previous agency background with exposure to creative, digital, and content-driven projects (reputable creative & digital agency is preferred)
- Strong understanding of creative workflows (briefing, concepting, production, revisions, delivery)
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and with clients
- Experienced in leading and mentoring project management teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.
- Familiar with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent in TikTok Trends and algorithms,
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative projects, from initial briefing to final delivery
- Oversee all project timelines, scopes, and deliverables across multiple campaigns to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate closely with creative, talents, production, and back office team.
- Ensure briefs, mood boards, and final outputs align with creative direction and brand objectives
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Manage project documentation including shooting schedules, campaign timelines, reporting, and status updates
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders regarding project progress
- Support quality control processes to ensure final deliverables meet agreed standards and client expectations.
