Creative Marketing Specialist (6-Month Contract)

We're looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team on a 6-month contract, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. This is a full WFO position, ideal for candidates who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
In this role, you will be a key creative force behind our campaigns, bringing ideas to life through strong visual design, compelling copy, and engaging video content that builds brand awareness and drives conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production
- Design and produce high-impact marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, email templates, website visuals, presentations, and infographics.
Visual & Written Content Creation
- Create engaging, on-brand marketing copy (headlines, captions, ad text) that integrates seamlessly with visual designs.
Video & Motion Content
- Develop short-form video assets for social media and digital campaigns, including basic animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all visual and written content aligns with established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels.
Campaign Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate campaign objectives into effective creative assets and content packages.
Asset Management
- Organize and maintain a structured library of creative assets and templates for efficient cross-team usage.
Performance Optimization
- Use data and performance insights to iterate on creative output and improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Proven experience creating social media content (visuals and videos) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to craft compelling stories through both visual and written content.
Collaboration & Execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Data Awareness
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content performance measurement.
Nice to Have
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools or workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly).
- Exposure to marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
