Job Description
- Develop and lead the company's 360° creative vision across B2C, B2B, retail, digital platforms, and experiential brand environments.
- Govern and continuously evolve MODENA's brand identity, ensuring consistent visual standards and storytelling across all business units.
- Drive AI-powered creative workflows to accelerate content production, automate design processes, and improve creative efficiency.
- Lead the development of high-impact creative assets, including campaigns, catalogs, presentations, retail environments, digital platforms, and executive communications.
- Collaborate with Brand Communications, Product, Marketing, Growth, and Business teams to translate business strategies into compelling visual experiences.
- Monitor global design, consumer, and technology trends to continuously modernize the brand while preserving its premium positioning.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing creative teams while establishing scalable creative processes and quality standards.
- Present creative strategies, brand initiatives, and design concepts to Executive Management and key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Creative Design, Brand Management, or Creative Leadership, including experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Proven experience managing 360° brand ecosystems across digital, print, retail, experiential, and corporate communications.
- Strong proficiency in AI-powered creative tools, including Generative AI, Adobe Creative Cloud AI, Canva Magic Studio, Gamma, Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Excellent expertise in creative direction, branding, visual storytelling, typography, layout design, and art direction.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, digital content strategy, and premium retail or showroom experience design.
- Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership capabilities with experience engaging executive-level audiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand development, integrated marketing campaigns, and large-scale creative project execution.
