You will:
- Lead and mentor the creative team (graphic design, photography, videography)
- Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media
- Ensure consistent branding and high-quality visuals across all channels
- Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and product teams
- Manage content production timelines and oversee execution
- Stay updated with creative trends to push fresh and innovative ideas
You are:
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, ideally in an agency, brand, or production environment
- Proven experience in leading or mentoring a creative team
- Strong design sense and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
- Excellent eye for visual storytelling and branding
- Strong communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback
- Solid project management skills and comfortable working with tight deadlines
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus
