You will:

• Lead and mentor the creative team (graphic design, photography, videography)
• Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media
• Ensure consistent branding and high-quality visuals across all channels
• Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and product teams
• Manage content production timelines and oversee execution
• Stay updated with creative trends to push fresh and innovative ideas

You are:

• 2-3 years of experience in a creative role, ideally in an agency, brand, or production environment
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a creative team
• Strong design sense and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
• Excellent eye for visual storytelling and branding
• Strong communication skills and ability to give constructive feedback
• Solid project management skills and comfortable working with tight deadlines
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus
