Cave Men's Grooming is seeking a Creative Director (Team Lead) specializing in men's grooming products to lead our creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the personal care retail industry, particularly men's grooming products. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with our brand vision and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and producing compelling visual and written content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent creative execution.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Oversee the design and production of packaging, promotional materials, digital assets, and other marketing collateral (Videographer, Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, R&D)
- Manage the creative budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for projects.
- Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
- Stay updated about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to execute high-quality creative work.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the retail personal care products industry, with a focus on men's grooming would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent leadership, taste in arts, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with video production, photography, and content creation for digital and social media platforms.
- Experience managing and inspiring creative teams to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
