Responsibilities

  • Lead and translate creative direction for brands, campaigns, and internal projects in collaboration with strategy and account teams.
  • Guide and support creatives in concept development and execution, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback.
  • Review and refine creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand values, briefs, and client expectations.
  • Contribute as a key creative voice during pitches, presentations, and strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account, Strategy, Production, Performance) to ensure aligned and effective delivery.
  • Coordinate creative tasks and priorities to support project timelines and scopes.
  • Stay updated on creative trends, tools, and technology to continuously elevate creative quality.
  • Apply and uphold internal creative standards, frameworks, and best practices in daily execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 45 years of experience in a creative role, with experience leading projects or small creative teams.
  • Strong portfolio with strategic campaign development, branding, and creative leadership.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing, creative processes, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in design and project management tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Notion, Asana).
  • Clear communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple timelines.
  • Strong interest in mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and creative growth.
