What You'll Do
- Directly manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects, timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls.
- Lead creative strategy and development of all creative campaigns and marketing initiatives ensuring a consistent brand across channels. Inspire the creative team to produce innovative and visually stunning content across various mediums.
- Evaluate campaign performance and incorporate feedback to optimize creative strategies and improve results
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience minimum 1-3 years as Creative Group Head in Creative or Digital Marketing or Communication. Agency background is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
- Demonstrated track record of conceptualizing and executing innovative, trend-setting creative campaigns
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of creatives
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across various mediums, with a focus on strategic thinking, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries to deliver groundbreaking work that resonates with audiences and drives result
