We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer (Bali - WFO) to join Lumen Creative and Digital Marketing Agency in Denpasar, Bali. This on-site role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced agency environment, supporting multiple brands and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Bali (currently located in Bali).
- Able to join ASAP (Early March 2026).
Responsibilities:
- Create social media design assets across platforms.
- Design key visuals for campaigns and brand activations.
- Produce ads creative assets for performance marketing.
- Ensure visual consistency and apply brand guidelines across all outputs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign needs and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Good grasp of visual design fundamentals and brand guideline implementation.
- No minimum education requirement. Candidates with relevant skills and experience are welcome to apply, including fresh graduates.
- Prior experience working in an agency environment or creative industry will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
Compensation:
- Salary range: IDR 4,000,000 - 5,000,000.
