Feazer (www.feazer.com) is an on-demand design services studio providing businesses with high-quality creative solutions. We support various businesses with digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design assets.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working on a wide range of creative projects and contributing fresh ideas across different design disciplines.
What You Will Do:
- Execute a variety of design assignments across Digital, Print, Presentation, and Branding projects.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts to support client projects across different industries.
- Collaborate closely with other designers and team members to deliver effective design solutions.
- Support the development of creative concepts and visual directions for projects.
- Explore and integrate AI tools into design workflows to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines, project requirements, and quality standards.
- Gain exposure to projects involving illustration, motion design, and web UI.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across multiple design formats.
- Experience working on both conceptual and production design work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a related field.
Required Skills:
- Strong creativity with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with familiarity with AI-powered design tools considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams.
- Open to feedback and able to adapt designs based on project needs.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
