BeautyHaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Due to its exponential growth, the company has attracted investment from a reputable investor, Sequoia Capital.

Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with 1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, setting the overall creative direction aligned with the brand's strategy and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and dynamic creative environment that encourages innovative thinking and idea generation.
  • Translate brand values and marketing strategies into compelling and cohesive visual concepts.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of creative efforts.
  • Review and approve all creative materials, including digital and print collateral, packaging, advertising, and promotional materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and industry trends.
  • Manage workloads, deadlines, and resources to ensure the team meets project objectives.
  • Work closely with external agencies, photographers, and other creative partners to execute campaigns and maintain a high standard of creative output.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in DKV, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director in a similar industry (min. 3 - 5 years)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and design work.
  • In-depth knowledge of design software, industry trends, and beauty market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel; marketing.
