We're looking for a Creative Director to lead and manage the graphic design and creative output across two purpose-driven brands: Mason Adventures and Mason Chocolates.

This role is focused on design leadership, brand consistency, and managing a creative team to deliver high-quality visual content across all touchpoints.

About Us

Mason Adventures is Bali's longest-established adventure company, known for world-class experiences and responsible tourism.

Mason Chocolates produces ethically sourced, locally made craft chocolate that showcases Indonesia at its finest.

The Role

You'll oversee the visual direction of both brands, manage the graphic design team, and ensure all creative output meets premium, globally competitive standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the in-house graphic design team

• Oversee day-to-day design output across both brands

• Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, packaging, and signage

• Approve and refine creative work before publication

• Develop design guidelines and visual systems

• Coordinate with marketing and leadership on campaign needs

• Improve workflows and creative processes for efficiency

You Are

• Strong graphic design background with leadership experience

• Experienced managing designers and creative workflows

• Detail-oriented with high standards for visual quality

• Skilled in brand consistency and design systems

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Bahasa Indonesia speaking is a strong plus

Bonus Points

• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium product brands

• Packaging design experience

• Print production knowledge

• Basic motion or video direction experience
