What You'll Do
1. Develop and own the overarching creative direction for brands, campaigns, and projects across Manusa and its subsidiaries.
2. Translate insights and strategies into powerful concepts, storytelling, and designs.
3. Oversee end-to-end creative process, from brainstorming to final delivery.
4. Lead, mentor, and grow the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration (designers, copywriters, strategists, editors)
5. Collaborate with all internal team (Marketing, People, Finance, and business units) to align creative work with business goals.
6. Stay ahead of creative, digital, and cultural trends to keep Manusa's work relevant and future-forward.
7. Explore and integrate new creative tools, technologies, and platforms.
8. Represent the creative vision in client pitches and presentations, helping win and retain key projects.
What We're Looking For
1. 5+ years of experience in creative roles (agency, production, or brand), with at least 3 years in leadership.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and integrated marketing work.
3. Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and design thinking skills.
4. Visionary and bold with ideas, but grounded in business strategy.
5. Proven ability to inspire and lead teams under tight timelines.
6. A collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid culture.
7. Ability to work in Bandung (WFO) & to travel frequently.
