Creative Director

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the branding industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a branding or creative agency environment
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring creative teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the creative team and creative direction
• Transform client insights into compelling brand and design solutions
• Present and articulate creative ideas with clarity and confidence
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and constructive feedback
• Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver projects effectively and efficiently
• Drive innovation and uphold Kamarupa's creative excellence and quality standards
