Lead, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and manage the development and creation of engaging marketing material (social media content, advertisements, promotional material, etc) including visuals and copywriting
Ensure consistency of brand identity, visual standards, and messaging across all communication channels.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, website, and other online platforms.
Manage website content updates and support SEO/SEM initiatives.
Oversee graphic design, photography, videography, and content production activities.
Monitor marketing & campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and key digital metrics.
Requirements
What are we looking for
Bachelor's degree in business, management, visual communication design, multimedia, marketing communication, advertising, or related major
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (preferably have experience handling performance marketing, design & creative process)
Must have a good understanding of digital marketing trend (knowledge in medical & scientific devices products will be an advantage)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage in effective negotiations
Confident and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
