Role Description The Creative Designer Intern role at Aksoro is an internship position based on-site in Sleman (work from office – Yogyakarta). The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media content, marketing materials, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in concept development, producing graphics that align with Aksoro's brand identity, and adapting designs for various platforms and formats. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design consistency and clarity of messages. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, preparing design files for production, and staying current with design trends relevant to Aksoro's audiences.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in visual and creative design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear and engaging visuals (Creative Design, Graphics).
- Practical skills in Graphic Design for digital and print, including layout, typography, and image editing (Graphic Design).
- Understanding of branding principles and experience applying brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints (Branding).
- Basic knowledge of Web Design concepts, including responsive layouts and visual design for web interfaces (Web Design).
- Proficiency in common design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar applications.
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a relevant field such as Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Sleman, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
