Responsibilities
About the Role
Creative Designer Intern is responsible for supporting in developing designs for marketing collaterals and digital contents (web banner, social media, digital ads, WhatsApp blast, email marketing etc). In this role, Agility is key as you adapt to evolving creative briefs. You will be working closely with the marketing team and collaborating with other departments, relying on Honesty and open communication to ensure a smooth, aligned creative process.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Agile Brainstorming: Brainstorm creative ideas & identity for new campaigns on various marketing materials (online and offline), including motion graphics, social media graphics, landing pages, email templates, and promotional banners.
- Supporting Creative Designer Team with speed and Agility in daily activities on development and execution campaigns.
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience with deep Empathy to create designs that truly connect with people.
- Practice Honesty and transparency in project updates while contributing to the maintenance and organization of design files and assets.
- Use graphic design software and work flexibly with a wide variety of media.
- Collaborate with assigned supervisors with empathy and clarity to develop design concepts that match the requests from other departments.
Requirements
What Capabilities You'll Need (Requirements)
- Bachelor Degree in Visual Art, Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, motion, and other graphic design fundamentals.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Agility with emerging tech: Familiarity with AI tools for design.
- Strong eye for visual composition.
- Knowledge of animation and video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, grounded in Honesty, and able to work effectively with Empathy in team environments.
