About The Role:

We are seeking dynamic and skilled Creative Designers to join our team. The candidate will have the ability to create visually compelling that makes health topics both interesting and relevant to our audience. You will be responsible for designing captivating content across various digital platforms, including social media posts, digital article layouts, motion graphics, and video editing, ensuring that each piece resonates with our audience while elevating our health messaging.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop and design creative content for social media posts, digital articles, newsletters, and other digital media platforms.
  • Digital Layouts: Create visually appealing and user- friendly layouts for digital articles, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
  • Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics for videos, enhancing engagement and storytelling.
  • Video Editing: Edit video content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with our brand identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and marketing teams to align design strategies with overall content goals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our content.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital media design, motion graphics, and video editing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or equivalent software).
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs, motion graphics, and video editing projects.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital

  • Experience working with health-related content.
