About the Role
Responsible for managing and directing all company graphic design activities, including visual branding, promotional materials, digital and offline campaigns, to ensure consistent, engaging visual communications aligned with the company's brand identity.
Responsibility :
- Develop and implement company graphic design standards/guidelines/manuals to ensure all visual output supports the company's branding and communication objectives.
- Provide creative direction and design evaluation on each visual project to maintain visual standards and alignment with brand identity.
- Develop designs for strategic needs such as major campaigns, product launches, etc. to support brand exposure in large-scale projects.
- Develop and manage visual brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all communication channels.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and other departments throughout the creative process to ensure all visual materials align with the business context and objectives.
- Ensure the efficiency of the design work process by utilizing appropriate tools and work systems to increase speed, accuracy, and collaboration on projects.
- Manage and supervise the design team to ensure productivity, quality, and direction of the team's work on target.
- Evaluate and develop team performance to achieve maximum work productivity and continuous improvement.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or Broadcasting
- 5-8 years of working experience in a related field and 1-2 years at the Manager level
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Expert skill in Creative Thinking, Project Management, In-depth understanding of branding and visual communication strategy, Sensitive to design trends and visual culture, Leadership, Good Communication, Time Management
