Manage cross-channel creative executions (logos, campaigns, promotions, advertising, merchandise, packaging, etc.) in line with brand positioning and design guidelines.
Ensure all visual outputs meet brand standards and contribute to a strong, positive brand perception.
Supervise and evaluate the entire design production process to guarantee high-quality final deliverables.
Drive innovation by implementing new creative tools, techniques, and processes to enhance efficiency and visual impact.
Lead or directly execute high-impact creative projects while maintaining premium quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Marketing Design, or related field.
Minimum 45 years of relevant experience in creative design, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Skills in Photography, 3Ds Max, Blender, Adobe Premiere, and/or After Effects point plus.
Solid understanding of creative concept development and execution.
Ability to deliver compelling copywriting and design, with strong knowledge of materials and production processes.
Update with design trends and lifestyle developments.
Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
