Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-channel creative executions (logos, campaigns, promotions, advertising, merchandise, packaging, etc.) in line with brand positioning and design guidelines.
  • Ensure all visual outputs meet brand standards and contribute to a strong, positive brand perception.
  • Supervise and evaluate the entire design production process to guarantee high-quality final deliverables.
  • Drive innovation by implementing new creative tools, techniques, and processes to enhance efficiency and visual impact.
  • Lead or directly execute high-impact creative projects while maintaining premium quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Marketing Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 45 years of relevant experience in creative design, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Skills in Photography, 3Ds Max, Blender, Adobe Premiere, and/or After Effects point plus.
  • Solid understanding of creative concept development and execution.
  • Ability to deliver compelling copywriting and design, with strong knowledge of materials and production processes.
  • Update with design trends and lifestyle developments.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
