About the Role

We are looking for a talented and strategic Creative & Social Media Manager to lead our social media and creative design team. This role will be responsible for developing innovative content strategies, overseeing creative production, managing social platforms, and ensuring strong brand communication across all channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, plan, and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

2. Manage the creative development of visual assets including graphic design, video content, branding materials, and campaign creatives.

3. Supervise and collaborate with designers, content creators, and social media specialists.

4. Analyze performance metrics, audience insights, and competitive trends to enhance engagement and growth.

5. Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely, consistent, and high-quality publication.

6. Maintain brand identity and ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.

7. Coordinate with internal departments to support campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.

8. Manage social media advertising and optimize budget allocation for best results.

9. Build relationships with influencers, communities, and digital partners.

10. Monitor online conversations, trends, and brand reputation management.

11. Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related fields.

2. Minimum 35 years experience in Social Media, Creative in Retail (Fashion & Lifestyle), with managerial experience preferred.

3. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

4. Proficient in design direction and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / video editing tools.

5. Deep understanding of digital trends, analytics, and social media algorithms.

6. Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability and visual sense.

7. Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
