About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Creative & Content Executive to support the execution of our concerts, tours, and campaigns across Asia.
This is a hands-on role. You won't just design — you'll be actively involved in how our shows are presented and brought to market. From social media content to pitch decks and campaign visuals, you will play a key role in driving both creative output and execution.
You will work directly with the Managing Director and support multiple projects across Singapore, Taiwan, and Indonesia.

What You'll Be Doing
Content & Social Media
- Create daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, ads)
- Adapt content for different markets and audiences
- Support campaigns that drive ticket sales
Pitch & Presentation Design
- Design pitch decks for concerts, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Translate ideas into clear, structured visual presentations
- Maintain consistency and quality across all decks
Event & Campaign Visuals
- Develop key visuals for concerts and campaigns
- Design posters, digital ads, and on-ground materials
- Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
Creative Support
- Assist in developing creative directions for campaigns and tours
- Create moodboards and visual references
- Support translation from concept to execution
Execution
- Work across multiple projects in different countries
- Handle tight timelines and last-minute changes
- Deliver fast, reliable output across all materials

What We're Looking For
Required
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe / Canva)
- Video editing capability (CapCut / Premiere Pro or similar)
- Ability to create clear and structured presentations
- Experience in social media content creation
- Able to work independently with fast turnaround
Preferred
- Experience in concerts, events, or entertainment
- Ability to adapt content across markets
- Basic motion graphics skills
- Understanding of social media trends and formats
Profile
- Fast, execution-focused
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Commercial mindset (understands content drives results)
- Comfortable with flexible/non-standard working hours
AI & Workflow Capability
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) to support content creation and execution
- Able to use AI to speed up workflows, not replace thinking
- Understand how to generate, refine, and adapt outputs (copy, visuals, video) using AI
- Able to combine AI tools with manual execution to deliver high-quality results quickly
- Curious and proactive in exploring new tools and improving workflows
